Composite and S-Video to HDMI Converter

Don't throw away your old VCR or DVD player just because you have a new HDTV with HDMI® inputs. You can still use those older devices if you have this Composite and S-Video to HDMI® Video Converter!

This device has inputs for analog stereo audio (L/R RCA), composite video, and S-Video signals in either NTSC or PAL format, which is automatically detected. It then combines the audio and video signals and uses a Motion Compensated 3D Wavelet Video Codec to upscale the video signal from 480i/576i into a high-quality HDMI® 720p signal.

In addition to the HDMI® audio/video output, the device includes a 3.5mm stereo audio jack to pass-through the original audio signal without conversion, for use with stereo headphones or for input to a stereo amplifier or receiver.
